Our place in the orchards has a fully stocked kitchen (including full-sized refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, and utensils to make a nice meal) and bbq on the back patio. Only 4 miles to Chico State. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis (with deposit). We live in a separate residence on the property, and while available for any of your needs, you will have full privacy. AVAILABLE FOR GRADUATION WEEKEND ONLY. Three night minimum between 5/15-18. $2800, additional night is $200.
