This 3-4 bedroom Cape Cod style home is available for rent immediately, sits on a private 3/4 acres, has a detached garage(with workshop,) an abundance of wildlife, and is approximately 15 minutes to local grocery store (Schnecksville) and more! Inside the ~1800 sq ft home, you will find 3-4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and one downstairs) and 2 full baths (one on each floor.) The downstairs room would make the perfect office, provides privacy and a full size closet. Each bedroom upstairs has its own closet for storage. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a skylight. Washer and dryer are available for renter use and are located on the first floor in a separate closet that has additional storage shelves. The eat in kitchen has enough space for large table and flows into the living room, which is complete with hardwood floors, fireplace, and lots of windows! In addition to the kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher,) we will provide 2 air conditions for use. Home is heated by propane, propane fireplace and electric. Hot water is propane and the water supply is well. Utilities (electric, sewer, cable, phone, trash, propane tank fill) are the responsibility of the renter, as well as, all yard maintenance (mowing, weed care, etc.,) and snow removal, etc. (lawnmower not included) The above ground pool is salt water and renter is responsible for pool maintenance (pump, filter, salt, chemicals, etc.) A Tri-merged credit report with score, and dated within 2 weeks of application, must be provided for each individual who is financially responsible for monthly rent. (If credit report is not furnished a $40 application fee will be required to cover credit report and background check) A Criminal Background Check is mandatory for each individual above 18 who will occupy the property. All occupants must be listed on the lease. (If criminal background check is not furnished a $40 application fee will be required to cover credit report and background check) Application must be completed, employment will be verified, and current paystubs must be provided. (12 month lease required.). 1st months rent and 1 month security deposit required at lease signing (certified funds) Renters insurance must be provided in an amount of no less than $50,000.00 and must be valid for dates of lease. At this time, we would prefer no pets, however, we may allow certain dogs on a case by case basis, which will require additional monthly fee and pet security deposit.
