Built in 1950, this free-standing cottage has its own driveway, front yard, back yard, and separate mailing address. The back yard also has fruit trees (peach and apricot) and a storage shed. Patio furniture is included too if you want it. Inside, there is beautiful natural light from windows on every side, and views of trees visible from almost every window. The cottage has a full-sized kitchen with granite countertops and lots of cupboards. Access to the laundry is in the garage, which is right next to the cottage (separate building, no shared walls). You will also have access to a home gym with free weights. The owners live in the main house next door. We are in our mid thirties. He is an engineer, she is a dietitian. We spend our weekends skiing, kayaking, and otherwise enjoying the outdoors. Finally, we have a tenant who is moving out now after several years with us, and she is selling her bed, couch, wall-mounted TV, and rug. If you are interested in any of those things, we will happily connect you with her! Rent includes free high-speed WiFi, garbage, and yard maintenance. You will only be responsible for 1/3 of the water, gas, and electric bills. We are looking for someone clean and quiet.
