The home is heated with radiant floor heat which allows for a very efficient heat. There is a private back yard. (unfenced). The location is great if you like walking to the library, restaurants, or parks. A one year lease is required. The tenant pays for water, sewer, gas, and electricity. We pay for trash service. There is one dog or one cat allowed. We have a $200 non-refundable pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet fee. The dog must be a small breed less than 20 pounds. We do not charge an application fee. We maintain the yard and some snow removal. We are locally owned and operated.
