Located in Program Area (ACLB Focus Neighborhoods: South End, West Hill, West End, Sheridan Hollow, and Arbor Hill; City of Cohoes and City of Watervliet. Income restrictions/Affordable rental rates will be required. All Landbank properties are sold in "as is" condition. No warranties are made regarding property condition.
