I am a responsible landlord looking for a responsible tenant. This is a large 3 bedroom unit on the second floor of a 3 family building, with hardwood floors, and an eat-in kitchen. The bathroom has ceramic tile This unit has a brand new energy efficient gas furnace, and there is one off street parking space for each unit. The other tenants are quiet and considerate. There is extra storage space in the basement, and a washer/dryer hook up for each unit in the basement. If you want to use your washer and dryer, there will be an additional charge for water used. Pet considered with additional security deposit. He is Russian and his speech is difficult to understand, but you can ask him to speak more slowly. Ark manages the property for me, is responsive to tenants needs, and takes care of repairs/issues in a timely manner.
