Kitchen has maple cabinets and concrete countertops. New flooring, Fresh paint in the entire interior. Washer and dryer in laundry room, fenced in backyard, no garage but there is a 10x20 shed for your storage. There is a greenhouse for you to use and several garden beds in the back yard. There is a very nice tiny house in a separate private fenced in area in the back with its own separate entrance that is sometimes occupied by the landlord and starting next year 2026 will be rented full time to someone quiet. We have not decided if we will allow pets or not but maybe, let me know your situation. Move in cost is first and last months rent and a $2000 security deposit so it is a total of $6190. Deposit can possibly be divided into three payments. The deposit is 100% refundable. You can rent the house with or without yard maintenance but you get a discount if you do the mowing. If you do the yard care, the rent is $2095. With yard care provided the rent is $2350.
