Newly Renovated Ranch tucked into a beautiful scenery surrounded by trees. Relax on the oversized 16x40 Balcony and feel like you're in a tree house overlooking the back yard. Hardest decision is either sitting on the Balcony or the new Front Porch enjoying all the new landscaping. An Automated Watering System was installed to insure sufficient growth for the fresh Topsoil/Grass and flowers. Dozens of Lilly’s and other flowers were planted along the Driveway in the retaining wall, topped with fresh Black mulch and lined with treated Landscaping Timber. Front Drive is now completed with a Country Style Split Rail Fence which just sets off the front of the house. Along with adding a Watering System, over 20+ feet off French Drains were put along the front of the house to ensure proper water flow and avoid any kind of flooding along the front of the property while the basement foundation was dug up and resealed in 2018. The Kitchen was completely gutted and remodeled, all new appliances, including a garbage disposal, dishwasher and beautiful Hickory Cabinets with under lighting. Both the main and basement bathrooms were also renovated, gutted to the studs, updated plumbing and weather sealed. Main bath features an 8 Jet Whirlpool Tub with a nice Rustic Feel with Wood Tile surrounding. Basement bathroom features two independent shower heads and in-wall heater for those chilly nights. Custom Homemade Vanities were built for both bathrooms out of Black Walnut. Central air was installed in 2018 which is a must have for those hot muggy summer days. While all these renovations have made a night and day difference, one of the biggest impacts was having the driveway fixed. The edges were caving in, cracks upon cracks, it was truly awful. Treated 4x4’s was used to line the drive, anchored down with 2ft rebar and then professional patched and sealed. The drive was also widened at the opening when building the retaining wall which makes it much easier to pull into the driveway. To finish off the fresh drive, the Split Rail Fencing just completes the look, which are also anchored down 2-3ft in the ground with concrete and braced to the 4x4’s for maximum strength and protection.
