    3 bdrm, 1 bath house very remote. This home/property sits inside the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation. It is Fee property and taxes are paid on this property through Ferry County. Anyone can own this property. There have been some updates to the inside of the home and this summer new windows were put in. Most of the out buildings were painted. There are multiple out buildings including tack shed, farm equipment shed, feeders, large barn with 3 stalls and 2 indoor storage areas as well as plenty of cover for hay or storing whatever you need. There is a large chicken coop, a fairly large detached garage 40 x 40 with concrete floor, a garden shed, wood shed and a small possible guest house (we just use it for storage). There is another large metal shop across the field that has a cement foundation. We are located between Inchelium and Keller, WA. Very remote.
