Albertsons is less than a mile away along with a laundry mat on Marcola Road. The heat pump is 2 years old. The windows and roof have also been replaced in the last 3 years. It is a very cozy and convenient place to rent. This unit is on the end of the 4 plex so more private as well. Tours will be prioritized to those who have submitted an application. We usually get several people who apply within the first few weeks so if a tour is requested and you have not submitted an application, you probably will be down the list to view the property by 3 weeks or so and we might decide on a tenant by then.
