Albertsons is less than a mile away along with a laundry mat on Marcola Road. The heat pump is 2 years old. The windows and roof have also been replaced in the last 3 years. It is a very cozy and convenient place to rent. This unit is on the end of the 4 plex so more private as well. Tours will be prioritized to those who have submitted an application.
