The home is kept clean, peaceful, and respectful, with monthly professional cleaning included. Parking is available on the property for one car per room, and guests can park on the street without blocking neighbors. We offer flexible lease options to accommodate travel assignments, internships, and short term stays. Month to month leases are available, as well as longer terms if preferred. The move in cost includes the first month of rent and the security deposit. A background check is required for all tenants, and renters insurance is required before move in.
