The rooms get good light and offer enough space to relax, work, and unwind after a long shift or a day of classes. The shared spaces include a bright living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for daily cooking. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, and the home includes in-house laundry for your convenience. There is also an outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time. The home is kept clean, peaceful, and respectful, with monthly professional cleaning included. Parking is available on the property for one car per room, and guests can park on the street without blocking neighbors. We offer flexible lease options to accommodate travel assignments, internships, and short term stays. Month to month leases are available, as well as longer terms if preferred. The move in cost includes the first month of rent and the security deposit. A background check is required for all tenants, and renters insurance is required before move in. Utilities are charged as a flat monthly fee of 150 per person, which covers electricity, water, gas, WiFi, trash, pest control, and monthly cleaning. One tenant is allowed per room, except for the large double room which can be rented by two friends. No smoking and no pets.
