The guarantor's income must be verified through their credit report using the same process that I would use to verify you. Once I have verified your income and all your information checks out then I will either accept of decline your application. If I accept your application, then I will ask for a $25 application fee as well as your first month's rent ($1650) and deposit ($1650). If I decline your credit report then you will receive a letter of decline. You can then use that letter to apply for a free annual credit report through either one of the credit bureaus TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian. You can use the Zillow credit report to apply for thousands of houses that are available on the Zillow website. Feel free to submit a copy of your Zillow credit report to apply for this home if you want to move in ASAP. Mandatory Lease Terms: 1. Mandatory credit score of 700 or better. 2.
