Communal space is shared with two dogs, a cat and six chickens so always a fresh supply of organic eggs. Lots of parking availability. All utilities included, including high speed internet and many streaming channels. Home is professionally cleaned every month and a half or so. Mostly private bath, guests and I only use the restroom. I work from home two days a week and it's a very laid back household. Full kitchen access as well as the rest of the house and yard. Non-smoking residence, no drugs. Plentiful street parking available. Utilities included in rent. No hair dyes anywhere. Overnight guest is okay for one or two days, no long term guests, no large parties. Potential for rent reduction for pet sitting if owner is away. Tenant will be expected to keep their room and bathroom clean and clean up after themselves in common areas. Please no large computer servers in the room.
