    This 5.84 acres tract would be wonderful for a place in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains. It is in Townsend at the top of a mountain road in a private setting. It has easy access of only three-quarters of a mile from US Highway 321. DIRECTIONS FROM MARYVILLE: When passing Blount Memorial Hospital on 321N, set your trip meter to 0. Drive all the way to Townsend. The 4-lane will turn into 2 lanes going through a mountain pass; when the 2 lanes turn into 4 lanes again in Townsend, get in the left lane. It will be 13.5 miles from the hospital  when you see a new bridge (Tuckaleechee Veterans Bridge) on the left; turn left there. Go over the bridge and go straight on Cameron Road and take the first road to the left, which is Mountain Retreat Road. The road will curve and climb. When you get to the level spot at the top, you will see signs pointing to rentals, a green gate that leads to a cell tower, and to the right there is a concrete ramp going up the mountain. Go right up the concrete ramp; you will see signs there that say "Private Road" and "Dead End". Climb the mountain road until you get to the top, about 0.7 mile. There is a FSBO sign at the top where the land is located. DIRECTIONS FROM WEARS VALLEY/PIGEON FORGE/GATLINBURG: Use the Wears Valley Road and drive to Townsend. The road will end in Townsend at the only town's stoplight. At the stoplight, turn right. Set your trip meter to 0 and you will go 3.5 miles and turn right on the new bridge; it's called the Tuckaleechee Veterans Bridge. Go over the bridge and go straight on Cameron Road and take the first road to the left, which is Mountain Retreat Road. The road will curve and climb.
