A shared rental of beautiful home with reliable, friendly, flexible mature female. Half of this recently remodeled 1497-square foot house can be yours. The master bedroom (unfurnished) with adjacent full bath with shower, and fully dedicated sliding door entry to the back patio is your private space. The living space is shared; you'll have access to the full house. You can bring your own living area furnishings and cookware, if you like, but you are welcome to use mine. You are welcome to entertain in the main part of the house with advance notice. It has a completely new kitchen, bathrooms and refinished hardwood floors, fixtures, and fireplace. You'll enjoy a delightful, private backyard and patio, raised vegetable beds, and view of surrounding hills. It's in a cozy family neighborhood with open space and hiking opportunities nearby. You should be trustworthy and responsible, friendly and independent. Female preferred. Pets are not allowed, though I love them too! No smokers, no drug use or excessive drinking habits. We are responsible for cleaning our own spaces, but will share in common-area housekeeping, like sharing garbage duties and participating in the common needs of the kitchen. Half of the garage is available to park your car or for storage. Laundry hook-up available, but currently there is no machine. Wifi is also available. Rent is $1400 per month, plus half of electricity and water bills as due. Cable/internet and garbage service is included in the rent.
