New septic with drain field and well pump in 2020. Heating is baseboard and propane. Furnace and water heater new in 2013. Large 1 car attached garage, with washer and dryer, and large space in the attic for storage. Crawl space with lights. Landscaping around the house. The house is exceptionally clean and well kept.
