We will consider pets with the following restrictions: - $150 per month extra - 20 lbs and under - Must be potty-trained - $350 cleaning fee - Tenants will be responsible for all damages caused by the pet, including floor replacement due to urine. Please do not disturb current guests. Contact the owner for information. Unannounced visits to the home are not allowed. Maximum occupants: 4 | Up to 6 - $100 per occupant per month over 4. This furnished seasonal/short-term rental offers the convenience of including reliable fiber internet, electricity, water, and lawn maintenance, ensuring your comfort and peace of mind. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the home. If this rule is violated, the entire security deposit may be withheld. Subletting is not permitted. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave immediately, along with their unauthorized guests. No refunds will be given for unused time, and the security deposit will be forfeited. The rent payment disclosed herein is for a full month, at least 30 consecutive days. The owner will consider a shorter term on a case-by-case basis and may include a higher per-day rental fee. A $200 cleaning fee will be due with the last month's payment.
