This is a beach box that we purchased in 2015. We replaced flooring with engineered wood and renovated the front room so there is a galley kitchen with an island adjacent to an open area used as a family room. All interior walls and trim have new paint. We plan construction of a wraparound porch that will cover 3 sides of the house this summer.
