Hello what I have for sale is a fully custom log home true 2' full pine logs. Very talk cathedral ceilings all wood ceilings the kitchen has all new floating tile flooring new maple cupboards with a rustic glaze to them I installed an island and a sitting place under a window with additional storage underneath. Te island has a copper sink and all new countertops. Appliances are in good shape under 10 years old. New dishwSher tho. The main floor has two bedrooms and a full bath with a claw foot tub that needs finishing and an all rock walk. The loft is the master bedroom which is roughly 14x16 has a large walk in closet and a custom full tiled 5x5 shower with a neat shower he had system. New vanity with linen tower tile flooring all new carpet in house all the windows are good except the front patio door needs replacing and the big window in living room leaks cold air in the winter. Not too bad tho. The house holds heat very well I only used 500 gallons of lp last year and didn't burn any wood. The house needs landscaping and a few small trimmings inside done but I have stuck lots of time and money into this home to make it what it is. It appraised around 220k before the siding and deck was done.
