This townhouse is for sublet. I am trying to move out of it by November. My lease will be up on February 11th. This house has treated me well! I lived there by myself, and my dog lived with me as well. It's a two bedroom, one bathroom townhouse. Two stories, and a small patio. It includes stove, dishwasher, and fridge. A small laundry room WITH washer and dryer is connected to the Kitchen. There is A LOT of closet/storage space. The Living room is spacious, and has a sliding door that opens to the patio. There will be no security deposit included in your rent! My deposit will go straight towards your rent deposit! Renter pays for electric, water, and trash. (My average was $90 a month for all three) These photos are from the staged house. The only difference between my place and the staged house is that I only have hardwood in the bathroom. Carpet and Linoleum everywhere else.
