Walking distance to town and bus to Boulder/Eldora. Pets ok, (to be discussed.) $1850 monthly rent plus utilities. Deposit and last month rent when lease is signed, first month due upon occupancy. We would like the turnover to be in the summer so first lease will be until May/June/July 31, whichever is better for the tenant. If tenant wants to renew that is negotiable.
