Access to a large deck with seating area (shared walkway deck access to home, homeowner lives on site), access to a fire pit and propane grill, large yard and off street parking. Approximately 25 minutes to Portsmouth, York Beach and roughly 15-20 minutes to Dover, Somersworth, Sanford areas. First month, last month and security deposit is due at signing. Owner pays all utilities as it's not separately metered, those costs are figured into the monthly rent. Furnishings are negotiable. No smoking. Parking on premises in assigned parking spot. Tenant is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy living space and being respectful to homeowner.
