The community has its own tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and a playground for the kids. The house is fully furnished, so just bring your personal belongings and enjoying living in Sunny Florida. Owner pays property taxes, HOA fees, insurance. Pets are allowed; maximum 2. Rent increase for pets is $50/month/pet. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house or in the garage. Parking is permitted in the driveway and on the street. Please be considerate to our neighbors when parking on the street. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, television and internet services, pool care, landscaping and pest control. We have pool, landscaping and pest control in place currently for $200/month if you wish to pay us for that instead of finding your own.
