Late is considered late when it has not been paid within 1 day of due date.
Security Deposit: A $2,600 security deposit is required for the faithful performance of the tenant under the lease terms. If damage to the home or yard is observed, repairs costs will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to the renter 10 days after the lease end minus any itemized deductions.
