Please be courteous and considerate of those around you. As it is a duplex, please keep noise to a minimum while following local guidelines for excessive noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No Smoking, Pets Allowed (Pet Deposit 150 Non-Refundable). Property has fenced yard shared by tenants, please stay off rock landscaped areas. Monthly rent includes all utilities including internet/wifi. The kitchen is fully renovated with new appliances including an oven, microwave, garbage disposal, fridge, and stacked w/d. Please keep excessive food waste to a minimum down the garbage disposal. It is an old house with original plumbing. Kitchen utensils are provided, please keep the unit clean (excessive grime/mess will be deducted from the security deposit for the cleaning fee). The unit has vinyl wood flooring please be aware of water spills. A vacuum is provided with the unit. Additional items for the kitchen are welcome to make your stay more comfortable. A stacked washer/dryer is located in the kitchen, a breaker panel is located in the bedroom, and both units operate off a single thermostat and will be kept at a temperature conducive to seasonal climate. Use of a space heater is allowed, but the use of a heater must be disclosed to property owners. Garbage can is shared between both units, trash day is Tuesday unless holiday impedes pick-up. Recycling is not yet offered, coming soon. Tenants located in Unit 1 will park on the left most 2 parking spots, while tenants located in Unit 2 will park in the right most two parking spots.
