A stacked washer/dryer is located in the kitchen, a breaker panel is located in the bedroom, and both units operate off a single thermostat and will be kept at a temperature conducive to seasonal climate. Use of a space heater is allowed, but the use of a heater must be disclosed to property owners.
Garbage can is shared between both units, trash day is Tuesday unless holiday impedes pick-up. Recycling is not yet offered, coming soon.
Tenants located in Unit 1 will park on the left most 2 parking spots, while tenants located in Unit 2 will park in the right most two parking spots.
