A nice cozy apartment with tall ceilings and essentially its own private yard where you can garden (if you choose to). The entrance to it is on the side of the building (as you can see in the pictures), in a building with 4 total apartments, where your neighbors will become your friends. Yes it is an apartment but it is small and not owned by a rental company, but by me (Peter), an individual owner. It comes with its own off-street parking spot (you get one space in front of the house as seen in the pictures), which is included in the rent. Of note there are NO application fees here. I just want to find a nice long term tenant and not make money off the application process. Tenant(s) responsible for their share (25%) of common utilities (water, trash, gas) which run about $50/month combined, as well as their own personal utilities (gas and electric).
