I'm going to tell you what I love about this home: I love listening to the wind blow through the limbs of the tulip poplar in the back yard when a storm approaches. I love fall football games and playoff baseball on the covered porch. I love the fact I can walk to Sheehans, Church, Arsenal Tap Room, campus, the gas station, Indian Queen, and my kids to school. I love that I'm 3 seconds from a grocery store, a hardware store, and a drug store. I love that I'm close to AU. I love my neighbors. AND I have a renovated kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counters, a new a/c and new roof. I've completely repainted the inside as well as all windows, trim and decks outside. I have parking in the front or rear, and a real master bedroom with a walk-in closet. I have hardwood floors. Santa never skips our chimney. I have a tree lined street and friends next door; All inside Historic Summerville for a good price. I'm going to miss Raymond Avenue-make sure you don't.
