The house is located blocks away from 30th, Balboa Park, and just outside of South Park. The room is approximately 11x10, with a shared full bathroom. The other room is also open that shares the bathroom. Parking is never an issue as there is a driveway, as well as street parking. The house also has a large backyard, a covered deck, laundry on-site and A/C and heat. Utilities/WIFI are paid separately and split evenly. Rental commitment of at least 1 year, beginning ASAP. Seeking young professionals around my age (25-35) who are easygoing, friendly, and dog-friendly, as I have a sweet larger dog named Nina! Will consider other friendly pets. I would prefer someone who works outside of the home, hybrid okay. Sorry, no couples or kids. Cleanliness in the common areas is important, all I ask is that you pick up after yourself, pitch in on chores and respect your roommates. No large parties since this home is in a lovely neighborhood that has quiet hours around 10pm. A little about me; I'm a 32-year-old young professional, I work in local media and serve at a restaurant in the evening, so I'm out of the house during the day and work most weekends. When I'm not at work, I spend my free time at the gym, dog park, hanging with friends, attending concerts/festivals and exploring new restaurants/bars. I rarely bring "the party" home but open to small get-togethers, movie/game nights, BBQs, etc. Also open to occasional house guests, with a heads up, but would prefer if guests are limited to 3-4 nights a week unless they are helping with rent.
