We travel back and forth between Colorado and the east coast because my husband is in graduate school and sublet our house while we are away. From the house, you can walk to the river, hiking trails, a great community park, and a handful of stores and restaurants. We are less than a 5-minute drive from downtown Evergreen and beautiful Evergreen Lake, 15 minutes from Morrison and Red Rocks, and 35 minutes to downtown Denver. We have a big fenced in yard and our house backs up to the forest. We are looking for a ~2-3 month sublet starting in early October; the dates are flexible though the property will only be available through December 31st 2021.
