This is 40 Acres with Adams creek running through the center. October of 2022 we started plans and by October of 2023 we had completely remodeled this tiny home to a short term rental business . It is currently active and does get quite a bit of traction to say the least. My reviews alone tell the story. It is listed on all three platforms . We also brought in the 38 foot forest river 5th wheel to eventually get it going to rent as well. We have remodeled the inside with new refrigerator, new microwave, new twin bed couch and a new bedroom mattress . It has a washer and dryer in it as well. All new led lighting throughout .
