In 2006, new roofs were installed with 30-year shingle on main house, porch and detached garage. New gutters were installed at the same time. Also in 2006 all old windows were replaced with new E-glass double hung windows (main house and garage) for easy cleaning and keeping the house warm in the winter. Old wooden garage door was replaced with steel door and long lasting vinyl trims. In 2006, the wooden deck back porch was rebuilt with composite material, which does not need any maintenance and should last forever.
