It is a nice and quite neighborhood, the house is Beautiful and ready for you someone to move in. We ask that no repairs are made to the house, and that anyone 18ys and over must fill out an application and there is a $50.00 application fee, we require references and a credit report also. We don't allow smoking in the house, you are responsible for the plants in the front yard they do need to be watered and if tenant can't take care of them and or the backyard a gardener will be hired at at the expense of the tenant. The AC unit we require the filter replaced every 3 months we will supply the filters, the shower and tub we require they be cleaned with soft scrub no exceptions, we will supply the cleaner and Magic Eraser.
