Very hard to find unrestricted 1 acre lot w/well & septic tank. Fairly level and mostly cleared w/nice large shade trees. There were 3 mobile homes on property until 2011 (owner lived on property for 30 years until then). Condition of well (pump is missing) & septic unknown, according to owner septic tank pumped shortly before 2011. Large wood storage building at corner of lot has been givenno value. Due to health owner hasn't been able to clean-up lot, but not too much work will be needed.
