Before move-in must have first months rent and utilities ($1200) and security deposit ($1200.) $2400 total With dog total is 1st months rent ($1250) and security deposit ($1200) for total of ($2450.) Absolutely no smoking inside, outside or anywhere on the property. One dog may be considered based on size and breed for an additional $50/month and the non-refundable deposit upped to $500 security deposit. Absolutely no cats. Rent will be Pro-rated by what day you move in. $200 of deposit is non-refundable for application processing and carpet cleaning. If you have a dog then the non-refundable portion is $500. The rest is refundable depending on damages and cleaning. Dog rent adds $50 to rent per month. Lease is signed for 1 year then goes month to month. We are happy to have long-term renters.
