Main house is currently rented. The renter knows he will have to either move or negotiate a rental agreement with the new owners. There are 3 small cabanas. Can be used as extra bedrooms for friends and family or you can run a small guest house. If you have never been to Belize I suggest you move there and rent for a while before you buy. Belize is not for everyone. There are no malls, no McDonalds, no Wal-Marts and no fashion boutiques. If you don't like the outdoors life, don't move there. If you like kayaking, fishing, snorkelling, walking the beach, diving or just swinging in a hammock...email me. Belize has internet, phone, electric and cable TV, so yes you can stay in touch with the world outside...but you don't have to put up with it if you don't want to. Perfect for retirees. No annual property tax. Low cost of living. Not great for a young couple with kids. Schools are marginal, career opportunities do not exist or are extremely limited. If you need to make an living...don't expect to do it in Belize unless you are very good a some sort of small business. This is a vacation or retirement home with income potential.
