This rental is on the upper floor of a two story duplex. It is located close to the beautiful and very popular Lake Poinsett in South Dakota. Lake Poinsett is very well known for the wonderful fishing and boating it offers and some of the glorious sunsets that occur over the lake. This home is less than a 1/2 a mile from one of the many boat ramps on the lake. There are several restaurants around the area and a golf course on the west side of the lake. The Lake is centrally located between Brookings, Watertown, Arlington, Estelline, and Lake Norden for all of your employment or shopping needs. There is a small yard on the backside of the duplex for children or pets to run and stretch their legs. This unit also comes fully furnished, but we can remove whatever the tenant would like to replace with their own furnishings. Owner would expect tenant to sign a yearly lease. Utilities are included in rent, but propane for the furnace and internet will be the responsibility of the tenant. Owner will be responsible for all lawn care and snow removal. This unit is under some construction at this time. We are hoping all of this will be done by early April.
