The square footage for the basement is not included in the square footage of the cabin. The upstairs provides lots of space for beds. The plumbing is installed to the septic, it just needs to be connected to the shower. There is a large, 2000 gallon cistern that can be filled from the Forbes Park community well, or potable water can be brought in. The cistern has not been used in a few years, so it needs to be cleaned out. The current owners only used the cabin 2 to 4 weeks a year. The house is all off grid, no electric bills. The solar system is installed and there are 1500 watts worth of panels at the cabin that can be added! The only heat is a wood stove; there is lots of wood for burning already cut and more wood available right on the lot. The generator is negotiable.
