This authentic working cattle ranch is made up of 1284 acres and located near the town of Plush in Lake County Oregon. Cattle really do flourish in this area of the great basin known for its mild winters. With a total of 3 grazing permits on Federal land and two State permits on 1520 acres contiguous to the deeded property for a total of 1318 AUM’s, this truly is a well balanced efficient, low overhead cattle operation. Water for 390 water irrigate acres is supplied by Priday reservoir capable of holding 2500 acre feet. There are 3 pivots to irrigate pasture and hay fields that produce an average of 400 tons alfalfa.
