This home has 5 acres with 2 ponds and borders the Beech Fork River. The basement is partially finished with a large bedroom, living room, laundry room and full Bath. HVAC unit is 2 years old with nice cold AC and warm heat. Water heater was also replaced 2 years ago. The house does have a cistern under the back porch but it is not connected to the gutter system since we have city water. For some reason it will not let me remove the Fireplace option. We do NOT have a fireplace. It does have a Chimney which goes downstairs. It does need a new liner to be functional as we have never used it.
