While this apartment has double pane windows to muffle noise, there's a normal amount of city noise..... It's on Seminary Ave, a main street with buses and cars. And there's a charter school across the street where kids start congregating between 7:30am and 8am on weekdays..... 4 blocks west, there's a Shop Rite supermarket and a gym. 9 blocks east, you'll find the Eastmont Town Center with a CVS and Bank of America..... And 9 blocks north, there's a Tacqueria, Fish and Chicken restaurant, Bakery, Deli, Ice Cream shop, Chinese restaurant, Metro PCS shop, and laudromat..... Per square foot, this rental is priced lower than our North Oakland rentals. That's because it's in the "Frick" working class neighborhood.
