The apartment is located right across the street from Edgewood recreation center, which has a fancy free gym and track, and is walking distance to tons of breweries and Bryant St. Market. Easy access to the Metropolitan Branch Trail and the RI Ave. metro stop. The monthly rent is $1800 and includes water and building amenities such as trash. It does not include WiFi or electric (typically $30-$50 a month). I am renting my apartment while living abroad so it is important to me to find someone reliable and trustworthy.
