Looking for someone to take over the remaining 5 months of our lease at our Lakewood apartment (July-November). My roommate and I are moving to be closer to family and for job offers. We have been very happy at these apartments and will be sad to leave. Here's the details: -Area: Lakewood (10 mins from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 30 mins to downtown, 30 mins to the mountains); off Kipling and Morrison -Space: Approx 1000 sq ft, 2 BR/2 BA (both rooms are masters with walk-in closets; rooms are on opposite sides of apartment, perfect for roommates) -Rent: $1483 total, plus utilities, xcel (all under $100 regularly); we don't have pets but if you do that is a separate charge--they allow cats and dogs. -Our apartment complex: our apartment is on the second floor of a three story building, has a wood fireplace, deck, air conditioning/heat, full size (and nice!) washer/dryer, large pantry, is within 100 yards of the included on site workout building, a large running/biking trail next to Bear creek, tennis court and basketball court, lots of green space and large trees, and one of the two on-site pools! -Management: We have had great experiences with the management staff at this complex and I have discussed this with them and we can arrange to have the carpets deep cleaned for you if you would like prior to move in! As I said, we are looking to get people for Mid/Late June or July 1 for someone to take over. We are clean, non-smokers, and have kept the place in great shape, email me with interest! Once you decide you love it, financial ability and background check will be determined by the landlord in order to move forward and complete the takeover.
