A previous tenant had a dog that destroyed the place and the small security deposit did not cover 1/4 of the damage done .. so we don't want to take on a tenant with any pets as it has never worked out for us. A documented Service Animal is ok. We can not accept anyone with an eviction... we have tried it several times in the past and we have been burned every single time. Section 8 vouchers will be ok. The occupancy of the unit can not exceed 4 people, but the truth is this unit is too small for a family of 4.
