Unfortunately you will need to provide your own washer and dryer, but you can find reasonably priced ones on Craigslist or Marketplace. Windows were just replaced to energy efficient low e dual pane ones, and the oak hardwood floors through out the home were just refinished. Laundry Room, Kitchen, and Bathroom all have tile. Recently upgraded to 100 Amp electrical service. LED lighting and ceiling fans throughout. Quiet Cul-d-Sac location near Eden Hospital and it is walking distance to downtown Castro Valley amenities. Unit is approx 700 SQ FT. Tenant to pay all utilities. Bi-Weekly Yard Maintenance is included. A previous tenant had a dog that destroyed the place and the small security deposit did not cover 1/4 of the damage done .. so we don't want to take on a tenant with any pets as it has never worked out for us. A documented Service Animal is ok. We can not accept anyone with an eviction... we have tried it several times in the past and we have been burned every single time. Section 8 vouchers will be ok.
