We are close to conveniences such as groceries, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. There is a $300 non-refundable holding fee required when applying and application is $40/person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the home. If application is denied by owner, you will receive the holding fee back. Requirements to apply; combined household income must be three times the rent amount before taxes, credit score over 600 and we conduct background checks and will not approve anyone with a felony charge. Smoking is not permitted; you must be 10 feet away from any building to smoke. We allow up to two pets in each home, cat or dog, and we must administer a pet interview for any dogs on our previous breed restriction list. Parking is open and unassigned. We do require residents to obtain renters insurance. Lease term will begin as a 12 month lease but you may opt into a shorter lease after the first year is fulfilled if needed.
