The home has its own private entrance with a keyless entry. The first floor is an open floor plan with a big 55" Smart TV, a pull-out couch, recliner chair, sink/small kitchenette area, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. We have an extra rollaway bed that we can set up in the living room if needed. Please inquire about using our extra hospital bed as well. Head up the second floor to find a small living room, kitchen, a queen bedroom, and a full ensuite bathroom. The living room area can be converted into another bedroom with a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove/oven, a fridge, cookware, coffee maker, and microwave. NOTE: No dishwasher provided. The second floor is carpeted. Free parking in the driveway and in the attached carport. Washing machine and dryer are free to use and are located on the first floor. Bring those pets! You'll have access to the backyard area for your pets to use. It's not fenced-in.
