This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic carriage home has been recently remodeled into a single family residence featuring a first floor open space with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. 5 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic and University Circle Walk to Fairmount District Restaurants and Shopping 15 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland 25 minute drive to Cleveland Hopkins Airport The home has its own private entrance with a keyless entry. The first floor is an open floor plan with a big 55" Smart TV, a pull-out couch, recliner chair, sink/small kitchenette area, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. We have an extra rollaway bed that we can set up in the living room if needed. Please inquire about using our extra hospital bed as well. Head up the second floor to find a small living room, kitchen, a queen bedroom, and a full ensuite bathroom. The living room area can be converted into another bedroom with a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove/oven, a fridge, cookware, coffee maker, and microwave. NOTE: No dishwasher provided. The second floor is carpeted. Free parking in the driveway and in the attached carport. Washing machine and dryer are free to use and are located on the first floor. Bring those pets! You'll have access to the backyard area for your pets to use. It's not fenced-in. The residence is located about half a mile from the Cedar/Fairmount dining district where you'll find local favorites like Zhug, The Fairmount Wine Bar, Luna Bakery, and Barrio Tacos. Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University are a few miles away, no more than a 7 minute drive. You're just a short drive to grocery stores, Whole Foods, the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater, Cleveland Heights Public Library, Little Italy, Coventry main street filled with restaurants and shopping, great Cleveland Heights breweries, Starbucks, Target, and Walmart.
