I fell in love with this house 12 years ago. It was the PERFECT little starter home for my family. It is a cozy place with a big yard and amazing neighbors. My kids have spent half of their childhood in the woods in the back yard fighting "bad guys," building forts, and just getting dirty. We bought this little 3 bedroom home with the intentions of adding on to and updating it. My husband was a carpenter by trade and started many updates. Eventually, my husband decided to downgrade instead - not his HOME, but his wife and family. So, I have been left with a house that I love that needs more love than I can give it. I am willing to be VERY reasonable on the price.
