This building is cat friendly up to two with a refundable pet deposit and no monthly pet rent. Any other animals would require an approved doctors note. Lease options are 6, 9 or 12-month leases. Application fee is $35 per adult and we will check credit, criminal and rental history. This building does have a relaxed credit criteria. If you do not have over a 600 credit score, as long as there is no landlord or utility debt owed and you pass our criminal and rental requirements we are able to approve you with a full month rent for the deposit.
