    What's special

This home is a lovely 1973 ranch style piece of history. It is a 5 bed including a master and 2 baths including the master. We have 9 rooms, Master, 2 more bedrooms, an incomplete Mother-in-law apartment (because there is no bathroom in there), Living room, Kitchen, Mudroom, Sun-room, and an unfinished basement (because there isn't currently a second exit). Once you walk in the front door you are in the living room, there is a closet by the door. In the living room with a hardwood floor, we have the grand 5 double pane window, fireplace, fish tank, and a great entertainment center. There is a partial open concept because there is a chunk of a wall where the fish tank is in the living room. Across the living starts the kitchen/dining room. In the kitchen with laminate floors, we have excellent storage space, lots of counter room with a glass top oven and a double vanity sink for all your dishes. The microwave is above the glass top and in between them, there is a shelf where you can store spices you can use for cooking. On the countertops, there is a toaster oven and a Keurig. Next to the ovens of the glass top, there is a double-decker spice rack. The sink has the garbage disposal on the right side with normal sink pipes on the left. Next to the sink, there is a dishwasher and the refrigerator is next to that with a side away trashcan in between them. And connected to the kitchen is the dining room with the same flooring which has room for 6 and some desk space behind. And next to the dining room is the carpeted sunroom looking out into the fenced back yard. The sunroom also connects to the mudroom/pantryThe mudroom/pantry has a concrete floor which is painted brown. The mudroom/pantry is a mudroom with 3 shelving units for the pantry, a unit for the pet stuff, the freezer, another refrigerator, storage space for coat/hats/shoes and two doors one for access into the back yard and the other to outside access on to a deck/patio where we have the bbq area. Coming back in the mudroom we can walk into the foyer and the basement stairs are right there. In the foyer, there isn't much except access to the basement/mother-in-law suite/dining room. It has slated flooring. The basement is a decently sized basement with an old bar, laundry room, closet, and a large shelving unit where it is currently holding hundreds of books/games. The basement has concrete/tile flooring and is unfinished because it doesn't have a second exit. The Mother-in-law area it is a large L-shapes area with good sunlight with 3 windows looking out into nature. It has carpet flooring. It isn't actually considered one because we don't have a bathroom in there and do not plan to in the future, which is why we have 4 bedrooms. The area is a very large area where you can have basically a small apartment like style of living in there. The last area to explore is the bedroom area. The bedroom area is to the left when you walk in the front door and down a hall. In the hall, you will first encounter 1 of the 2 full baths on your right. The bathroom has a single vanity, a working toilet, and a bath/shower. Down the hall, a little more on the left is the first bedroom. It is on the smaller side and is the smallest bedroom out of them all. It is has a window looking out front, a bookshelf unit, and a decently sized closet in it and a carpeted floor. There is a tv mount area in this room. And basically right across is the master bedroom. It has a closet like the first bedroom lots of space for a big bed. There is space for dressers and hope chest. There is a tv mount area too. Then onto the master bathroom. It has good storage, a single vanity sink, a working toilet, and a standing shower. And now it is onto the final room and bedroom. It is at the end of the hall and it is a larger rectangle shape. It has two windows one looking front and the other looking out the side. It also has the same type of closet as the other rooms. It does have a tv mounting area. A lovley home.
