We could see a number of configurations working in terms of modern families joining us here; a family of adult professionals could share this space as easily as a family with older children or one with parents living with them. It's obviously a great space for socializing with pool table, tea/meditation loft, firepit, a big long dinner table and deck. It is totally furnished and ready to move in. You do not need a thing.
