A custom wood table with wishbone chairs seats six while four barstools make for easy dining all day. A comfortable sectional sofa with bench seating and two swivel chairs make the family room space ideal for conversation and admiring the view, while a 65 inch television and electric ambient fireplace provide the ultimate in entertainment and relaxation. State of the art sound system is provided throughout via Sonos with multiple stations including wireless, moveable speakers. An outdoor balcony runs the entire perimeter of Southside with lounge chairs and ample seating on the front, ocean-facing section where there is also an electric grill for outdoor cooking. At an impressive 3,000 square feet, Southside provides gathering space beyond the typical; the screened in porch adjacent to the Bay Suite and Castaways has a table and four chairs as well as upholstered seating, a bar cart and refrigerator. It is a great spot for whiling away the time, sharing drinks, or playing cards as you watch the boats on the bay. A nook just beyond the foyer offers an upholstered banquette and table ideal for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Beach towels and coolers are provided for your convenience to take to the pool and beach, and speaking of towels, a fully enclosed laundry room just off of the family room allows you to keep clothes and towels out of sight.
